This policy explains how SpinConvert uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage.
Necessary technologies
These are required for the site and Service to work and cannot be switched off:
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived data to check that form submissions come from real people.
- Your cookie choice: if we offer optional analytics, we remember your choice in your browser's local storage.
- Dashboard sign-in: when you use the SpinConvert dashboard at app.spinconvert.com, we store session tokens so you stay signed in.
Optional analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies on spinconvert.com. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
The SpinConvert widget on merchant stores
When a merchant adds SpinConvert to their store, the widget stores a small amount of data in the shopper's browser (local storage) to respect display-frequency settings, for example so the wheel does not reappear on every page. It does not use this data for advertising or track shoppers across other websites.
Managing your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Questions? Email hello@spinconvert.com.
